Comments: Flow checkpoint demonstrated "normal" flow. A few hydraulics and pourovers needed to be avoided or treated with care. The jump thru the waterfall was entertaining as it just throws you down onto the pool below. The big slide was too intimidating to slide and the undercut briefly swallowed two packs before a team member swam under get them out. Oops! The canyon felt like it was over quickly after the big slide pool.

Comment: Two parties (one of 6 people, one of 4) combined to descend the canyon. Low to moderate water conditions. Water went up from day before after small amount of rain but was below the line on the rock. See attached.
Avoid throwing bags if doing the monster 18m slide on the last abseil. Give bag to another person to take down or zip line the bag. We lost a bag in the undercut. Team spent quite a while diving for it (attached to a tether) but could not find it. | |||||||
