Comments: Between the trail and the top of the mesa is pretty brushy. Some fun scrambling got us to the top. The head of the watercourse is very cool with some unique rock layers and pockets that would awesome after a rain. Would be neat to do with run off. Bring extra webbing and pruners if you decide to do this route any time soon. Lots of bear sign in the area. With a little bit of work this route could be more worthwhile.
