Comments: Too high to run! We were fearful it might be dry, but it was actually surging! With heavy rain (and snow in the surrounding peaks) for the previous week, and now finally a warm sunny day, peak snowmelt may be contributing to the surge. We looked at the canyon and judge it likely unrunnable. Maybe in a few weeks...?
