Comments: 3 Days from rim to rim. Starting from the beach of Papago Creek after descending through 75 Mile Creek the day before, the plan was to do East Fork but we had a strong team of fast hikers and it was quite early by time we reached the top of the East Fork so we opted to continue on to the West Fork. Some pretty rappels and a few narrow sections. We still had daylight left by time we approached camp so opted to explore the lower narrows. Most was down climbable but had to build a few deadman anchors to complete it to the beach leaving ropes fixed. We then ascended back up to remove our webbing and then hiked around back to the beach. We hiked out New Hance the 3rd day.

Comment: Approached from New Hance trail. Took us quite long to cross the ledge to access canyon start, 2nd member in group was not as comfortable with exposure. 3 hours to descend the canyon itself, including replacing webbing on several raps and building a couple Deadman's. Exited in the dark, not recommended as we missed the cairns to avoid the lower narrows and climbed out. Definitely recommend bringing webbing, we completed 10 raps in the canyon
