Comments: Straight forward from the top of Serpents Trail. Rappel 3 has two options, one is in the creek bed on a slung boulder, and a second station exists DCL on a tree. The boulder option dumps you into a weird position into the water line, and there’s serious concern for a sliding rope drag over a sharp edge - either protect the rope on the lip, or use the tree instead for a mellower angle over rocks and down. Uneventful otherwise, really enjoyable scenery and hike out.

Comment: Fun close canyon. The scrambling below the rappels was the most enjoyable part, as well as scoping out some of the splitters nearby. The third rappel would benefit from some rope protection as its massively overhung without any sort of step below the lip and the rope jumps along the edge as you descend given the awkward angle. It made me wish I'd had a third hand or someone on fireman's below me. There's a lot of loose choss that you need to mind and some poison oak at the bottom of the third rappel that it's easy to get your rope or pull line in.

Comment: Fun Canyon! Lots of trash made it out. The arch is a very cool way to start, and is the highlight as well.

Comment: Like many of the monument canyons the most enjoyable part of this canyon for me was the downclimbs in the granite layer. Fresh webbing at both rap 1 and 2 but we fiddled both of these drops in effort to prevent rope groves. This canyon collects a lot of trash from the highway.
