Comments: Low flow: waterfalls were avoidable on rappel, pools were at most hip deep. Webbing in place was in decent condition; we left behind some webbing at one of the early rappels. We exited at the cliffjumping pool, before the marked end of the canyon in the map on ropewiki. Approach was easy on hiker's trail down into the canyon, but parking (~12-1pm on a long weekend) was a significant challenge due to the long weekend and traffic from hikers during peak leaf-peeping season. Delays from parking resulted in our group doing the final rappel into the cliffjumping pool in darkness, and having to bushwack our way out back up to the road to our shuttle car (couldn't find the exit trail in darkness).

Comment: Adding to Charlie's report. The road had a sign that said PLATTECLOVE MTN CLOSED UNTIL MAY 30 so we parked at the top and walked back up after the canyon. Super fun half day creek. R1 we ran directly down the center of the flow. Great line! Everything else was straight forward. We ghosted 2 raps cause we didn't see anchors. Its a long canyon and we were debating if we should exit up the side because we didn't expect there to be more good raps. I'm glad we didn't, the sides are super steep and you would miss some good raps.

Comment: If continuing past R3, bring webbing! Do not underestimate the cold water temps. 4/3 or thicker wetsuit or drysuit required. Winter flooding has created a very clean watercourse but also removed some anchors past R4. Could add another star if using a shuttle.
