Comments: We were expecting a lot of water as it is early in the season but, it since it was a very dry year, there was very less flow. It appeared that by first week of July, the flow might even die leading to stagnant pools.

The last rappel was from 2 bolts. When we reached there, we saw that the webbing had snapped and had shock loaded the the other bolt (the one in the front). The hanger in the first bolt was flattened out. I believe either a big rock fell on it or that last person who rapped on it was very lucky!!! Will upload photos in few days.

Comment: Please note road closure on M-1. The canyon can still be accessed by following M-2 though it takes additional ~30 minutes of driving on dirt roads.
