Comment: Great canyon with really great rappels. Simple approach and an even easier exit. The last rappel anchor is covered with ice and not recommended; we created an anchor off of a boulder and used a smooth operator to rappel off the non-icy side DCR. Bring lots of webbing and understand how to utilize a releasable anchor for the smoothest rope retrieval for this canyon.

Comment: Fun half day. Checked out some of the petroglyphs on the scenic way in. Good quick hitter. Started to rain on us with a couple of raps to go, so we picked up the pace and layered up and by the time we were at the last rap, it cleared up and wasn't light raining on us.
