Comments: Just did the first section and reversed combined with Twister. Water was fairly high, we had to help our less experienced party members with the climb downs (especially on the return) due to the high flow.

Comment: Was completed as combined trip with Twister on the same day, therefore cannot recall exact time. Not difficult although recovering from a recent back injury I was not prepared to do any jumps and despite carring some gear for 'just in case' I easily down climbed each section. Someone less proficient in rockclimbing techniques, or in higher flow conditions might require a rope and harness if unable to negotiate downclimbs safely. Be cautious of the orange rock which in places is like oiled marble - can easily catch you unawares!
