Comments: Pretty straightforward canyon. Only 2 rappels and existing anchors avoid most of the flow. If the flow is low enough, I'd recommend finding or building anchors to better target main flow. Some bushwacking when you first descend canyon but not terrible and it quickly opens up to some interesting and fun downclimbing of small falls. Hike up is a bit long and has zero shade but otherwise a pretty easy walk.

Comment: Some cloud cover over the canyon which cleared as we hiked up the approach trail. This canyon was easy going with some interesting downclimbs, very little brush, and an incredible variety of rock types. We did R1 as 200' onto the ledges which were easy to walk off. There's a beautiful grotto at the bottom of this waterfall. Added webbing to anchor R2 which was missing. I can't say enough about how unique an experience this canyon is compared to anything else in Socal. It's like Bonita in some respects but much better.
