Comments: Time is car to car. The hike was beautiful, with lots of flowers. Highs in the mid 80s, no need for wetsuit. We enjoyed the narrow, dark section. Not too muddy.

Comment: A worthwhile trip. Some beta describes a "4th class" approach but that shouldn't be the case. Our team skirted that section of the rock band to the right and found a very easy walk up. Canyon was generally dry/low water except we got wet briefly in 3 spots, no special thermal protection needed on a mild day. The bottom of rap 2 held a large pool chest deep in the center, but only waist deep if skirting left. At first I was very :( to see the water cause I'm a baby about such things and thought it would be super cold, but it was no big deal. Second spot of water was in the chamber at the bottom of the little down climb about mid-shin deep. This water was colder than the first, but not very deep. Third spot was mid shin at the bottom of the stem-to-elevator downclimb problem. Other than these spots, it was dry and not necessary for any thermal protection.
