Comments: Ran the canyon on October 13, 2024, just after peak fall colors. Still, some good color was visible. The approach after the turn off had some bushwhacking and there is no trail. We followed the drainage southwest of Sam's and over the saddle and down into Sam's. We rapped all four possible raps. Rap 1 off tree with toggle, Rap 2 off tree with 2-ring retrievable sling, Rap 3 off tree with toggle, Rap 4 off rock with toggle. It was fun to practice ghosting skills on a local canyon.
