Comment: Ran serpent/adder canyon combo, was better then expected possibly due to the low expectations I had set going into it but it’s still not one I will repeat anytime soon. Rap 1 was rigged with fiddle stick around 40 feet but could be longer or shorter depending on what tree you choose. Between rap 1 and rap 2 there is some minor down climbing, bushwhacking and PO avoidance. R2 is 80 feet from a small tree near the edge RDC. R3 is immediately following and around 80 from a large boulder in water course but mostly low angle. After R3, scramble around next drop to the right and then head left towards ridge separating Serpent and Adder canyon. This will take you to the top of the 200 foot low angle rappel in Adder. Rap was rigged with 30 foot webbing from a tree, this webbing was pretty sun damaged and crispy, this webbing will need to be replaced soon. Without the webbing the drop may be over 200ft. Next rappel is 130ish feet from a tree RDC from watercourse. Watch your rope pull here, after this drop a short walk down canyon to the bottom and a social trial will take you back to Devils Kitchen TH.
