Comments: Second descent?
This canyon was a backup plan that turned out to be a gem. Excellent conditions, though very smoky due to the Creek Fire. Water is cold (outflow from Shadow Lake) and flow is solid - an experienced team could run it in higher - but not by too much, as several sections get narrow.
We had to rebuild all anchors. Traces of shredded webbing (from the 2016 first descent?) remained at two.
The final mandatory rappel was quite pushy.
Awesome day and team!
