Comment: We veered slightly left at the "traditional" drop-in point and followed a gully one to the west of the one shown on the KML. This was pretty decent; steep and in places loose but not too overgrown. We rebuilt the R2 anchor. After R3 there were signs of recent passage and a lot of marijuana grow hoses. The canyon became jungly in places and occasionally difficult to move, but interspersed with okay sections. There was an impressively large treehouse-style encampment before R6 with a rifle outside, probably related to the marijuana growing. We didn't see any individuals however. The last group of rappels was impressive and there was an excellent use-trail after that point.

Comment: Prepare for lots of poison oak. The canyon is overgrown and you will be bushwalking. We rebuild couple rap stations
