Comments: Continued down from the upper section. At the beginning of the lower section, the trees closed in and the flow increased a lot. There was much fun scrambling and wading before I reached Lewis Falls, the only rappel in the lower section. After the falls there was a heavily trafficked trail the rest of the way. The descent took 1 hour from the beginning of the lower section. I retrieved my bike from where I had stashed it and biked up the road to the Windy Gap trailhead.
