Comments: Canyon in good shape. In technical squeezed section, there are three main anchors:
1. Wrapped deadfall tree pinned under a large boulder, rappel 6m into a pool, waist or chest deep. Webbing replaced 2023-10-15, orange with gray thread. Careful with water here, getting out of the pool was slippery and took delicate moves.
2. Wrapped archway, extending towards main rappel out of canyon, rappel 20m onto a ledge. Webbing in decent shape, is extended correct length to prevent pinching at rim on the drop. There's a small pool here that can be awkward to navigate around while getting into position, nothing critical. Hardware was sitting in water, but unavoidable considering extension and pool, just inspect.
3. Wrapped large boulder, rappel 20m to canyon floor. Webbing and hardware in good shape, extension is good. Small pool at the bottom, very muddy and quite slippery.
One section below rappels has a spicy stemming move with 6m or 7m exposure gaining a ledge on the right side, use caution. Downclimb appeared difficult, and no material to build an anchor and rappel.
Hike out uneventful, just hot in the sun.

Comment: There is now an added rappel after big 83 ft rappel. Little ways down canyon before confluence with Chute Canyon what use to be a downclimbed has been washed away. Is now a 12 ft rappel. 30 feet of webbing needed or build a deadman for anchor.
