Comments: While the flow wasn't impressive, Star Creek gets extra points for amazing scenery and gorgeous snow-clad mountain views. Definitely takes home the prize as the most scenic creek near Portland. Even the approach hike is highly photogenic. Star Creek caught us a little off guard with some bigger rappels than we were expecting... and we were not expecting an audience on the 180ft rappel near the end. If you demand beauty in your canyon adventures, this one's for you.
