Comments: Established a trail leading up to the ridge and cleaned up the drainage quite a bit as well, particularly by R3. Check out the perch on your left as you gain the ridgeline for some nice views. Approach isn’t too steep but look out for loose rock until the trail sees some traffic. Definitely a rugged adventure. Pulls went smooth, webbing all new. A few splashes of fall color left in the exit drainage. Not much sunlight in this canyon so plan accordingly!

Comment: Due to a back injury, we took it at a snails pace. Easy fairly obvious approach. First rappel is a sandy mess showering you with loose soil, may be a possible down climb around it further down. The big rap was very nice and pretty! Exit was also pretty and easy, could easily have combined with Arrowhead as approach and exit are overlapped. Lots of shade on exit and approach. Decent little canyon

Comment: approach/exit is pretty clean considering the lack of traffic in that area. Great mini canyon, 3 hours car to car at a pretty chill pace. Definitely a worthwhile, quick trip...nice find!

Comment: Approach to the ridge is already cleaning up nicely in only three weeks. This time of year whole canyon is in shade after 2:30pm. Might be a way to drop into the drainage more directly rather than traversing over from the ridge. A large pine tree has very recently fallen where the kml currently enters the drainage. All webbing in great shape. Just under 3 hours car-to-car moving at a leisurely pace.
