Comment: Anchors are in ok--still serviceable--shape. We down climbed some of the drops, set up rap lines on others for those who wanted them, and all rappelled the last drop, which is the only mandatory rappel. That last drop has a deadman anchor which we did not unbury to inspect. (I was last down and half of the group had already gone down this drop so it was "human tested" lol). According to trip reports, this last anchor has stuck many ropes. Currently the webbing extends over the edge, but a further extension would be ideal as it could have pulled more cleanly. When pulling the rope we stood back as far as we could and that helped with the pull a lot, but it still dragged on the rock a bit.
The pool at the end was ankle to knee-deep. It is very silty/muddy on the bottom of the pool so the depth kept changing depending on how much your feet sunk into the sediment. The exit is very well marked with good cairns. It is easy to follow and the path up is not too strenuous. Some of the walls in the canyon had sand on them which made stemming a bit slippery at times. As of this posting the Lower San Rafael Road to Texas Hill is in about as good of shape as you could hope for--dry, without any ruts. Blackburn Wash Road through BLM 1110 (which takes you to the White Roost and Chambers) is in good shape with intermittent sections of washboards but it is completely dry.
