Trip report URL:
Comments: Wonder Creek seems like a good outing for a winter's day. Upper Lancaster Falls at 200ft is the big highlight and getting into the water. Low lights: loose rock everywhere from the point you leave the trail to the time you get back. (Hence dropping a star from the rating.) R1 is especially bad. Expect to do a few nuisance rappels just to reach R1. R2 should be treated as a rebelay station. Fun day out, but not sure how often I'll be back. Beware poison oak on the approach. Some varmint had chewed most of the way through the anchor on R3.
