Introduction[edit]

A short but action packed canyon above the Stillwater River.

Approach[edit]

Reference canyoningthe406. You may get permission from the local Mine to cross their property. If not, you'll have to cross the Stillwater River. This can be very dangerous. Once across follow the dirt roads to the bench. Cross the bench and drop into Nye creek.

Descent[edit]

Rappel 1: 140 feet Rappel 2: 120 feet Rappel 3: 40 feet

Exit[edit]

Exit the canyon and cross the river. Use your shuttle or walk up the road back up to your car.

If wanting to cross the Mine's land. Contact the foreman at their security booth (in person)
