Introduction[edit]
Not to be confused with Lake Creek (Baker River)
A short but fun route near Leavenworth. Not really a destination canyon itself, but worthwhile if you’re in the area.
Approach[edit]
Park your car, suit up and navigate down the hill to the creek.
Descent[edit]
R1: 15’ from single bolt DCR
R1: 40' Single bolt DCR. Rappel into a deep pool. It would be worthwhile to explore this as a jump.
R2: 20’ DCL from single bolt in alcove.
Walk a short scenic section until the creek walls open up.
Exit[edit]
Once the walls open up, find a break in the foliage and ascend the hill through open forest back to the road, and turn right to head back to your car.
