Introduction
Lordelo is a short canyon that begins near the road. It's advisable to arrange a car shuttle to shorten the exit hike. When we visited in June, the weather was warm, and the water was low enough that we didn't need wetsuits. There are several shallow pools, a few fun jumps, and some interesting potholes and sculpted rock formations in Lordelo. One highlight is the beautiful view of the river from the final rappel. The canyon ends at a giant boulder field, where weaving and climbing through the massive rocks feels like exploring a cave. The boulders lead down to the lake, and a pedestrian bridge marks the end of the canyon.

After setting up the car shuttle, proceed down the creek.
