Comments: We explored Lordelo after descending the nearby Teixeira. The water level was quite low, and the day was sunny and warm, so I decided not to wear a wetsuit, which turned out to be the right choice. Lordelo is an average canyon with nothing particularly remarkable about it. The views of the river were beautiful and the boulder field at the end was interesting. Lordelo is worth doing if you’re nearby, but not worth going out of your way for. The technical section took about an hour, and the entire canyon, from car to car, took about 1.5 hours.
