Comments: Able is truly a gem. Don’t get hung up on the 5 miles. Just bring mountain bikes and it makes it much more easier. The long creek walk out? Don’t do it. Hike up the bottom of the cliff at Able and cross the small side creek to the old road where you left your bike ;). Able is great when paired with Kane Falls. Bolts were added on the last two drops DCR and DCL. Able can be ran as soon as the snow allows.

Comment: The central narrows is a terrific miniature canyon -- although the long hike in and long stream walk below the final falls may take away somewhat from the allure. Glad to have done it on a beautiful autumn day.
