Comments: The road in got hit bad by Hurricane Hillary. MUST HAVE HIGH CLEARANCE 4X4. Took us 50 minutes from the tunnel to the parking. Very rough road with lots of obstacles. We didn't run the canyon, so no beta on that. Just heard the road was un-passable so we checked it out. It's bad. Do not attempt if you don't have high clearance 4x4 and skill driving in these types of situations.

Comment: The road in has changed drastically due to last summers flash floods. High clearance is a must. All the anchors were in good shape. Replaced webbing in a few places. Final rap anchor has changed location due to floods. Its farther back so need atleast 20' of webbing if it needs replaced. I actually prefer the new anchor location over the old location.

Comment: We drove most of the washed out road out to the canyon. We got stopped before we even to the gas line. There was a large pot hole that was 3-4 feet deep. The surrounding area was all washed out so going around wasn't an option. There might be a way to get there, but we couldn't find it. Good luck if you try it and please report how you did it if you are successful. We did Desperado Canyon....which had it's issues getting to, but nothing like Antenna.

Comment: Nice canyon with a great view, and a really top notch final rappel. The angle is great for a really smooth fast descent. One of smaller las t rappels has a very tight flute and actually can be down climbed. I ended up down climbing 3 of the rappels this time.

Comment: Great canyon with an epic last rappel. We ended up doing this while it was getting dark, which added to the excitement. All anchors are natural cairns if I remember correctly. Big hike in, but worth the effort.

Comment: bumpy road with washed out sections requiring good clearance, SUV with 8"+ still scraped on several sections, loose steep sections on the approach, be careful with rock fall, weather 38F early morning to mid60F in daytime suns, late afternoon high winds, most portions of canyon shaded, all natural cairn anchors as expected, good anchor skills/checking/backup needed, 8 raps with 4-5 spicy down climbs that have material nearby to build an anchor, a few meat anchors with LAMAR partner assist, fun canyon and just as fun as Desperado
