Comments: I completed descents of both Lone Rock Canyon and Break Hollow in about 9 hours to then camp on the lake at the site in the main arm of Lone Rock canyon (which was nice and quiet on my visit, and you can't even see all the lights from the campers on Lone Rock Beach) before paddling back to the beach in the morning. These are nice, interesting canyons in a great setting without an overwhelming number of lake miles, a bit of a rarity for Lake Powell canyons
