Comments: Dry descent with a few nasty pools to go through. Can be avoided if you re a good climber. Very Nice scenery. With running water a few slides appears and that would make the canyon definetly worth it. The éxit is a bit dangerous, you get to climb on ladders and pull yourself with plastic ropes in a very steep slope. Made it with one car, parked in a tequila field and left it under supervision of a ranch owner

Comment: water low and pretty scummy/gross for most of the canyon. quite cold with 3 swims and a few deep wades but that's with some pretty sketchy traverses (the smell coming off some of the pools improved our climbing game). Made it to the hot springs with 12 raps. Hot springs water was not really very hot but still felt great and it's a beautiful area. the climb out is painful and pretty nerve-wracking at points. 2.5 hours for the exit (no shuttle).
