Comments: Sweet little short canyon.

Old mining road is easy to find. The old miners trail is easy to follow.

1st rappel was ghosted around big embedded rock.

2nd rappel was off of cairn anchor. Webbing was fresh.

Both rappels are slightly less than pure vertical, fun raps for sure.

It was awesome being down inside of the conglomerate slot.

The track in Ropewiki doesn't follow the trail exactly, so the canyon is a bit longer (1.58 miles for me) than you will get if simply summing mileage of tracks in beta.

Comment: Nice quick canyon. Two easy rappels. fresh, new-ish webbing on both anchors. Nothing special, but good practice.

Comment: For such a short canyon, it was quite delightful. Loved the feeling of being "deep" in Zion type of canyon feel-wise. If this was in my backyard, I would definitely do it again!

Comment: Awesome little slot. Very Zion/carved sandstone feeling section, but out of conglomerate. Obviously a lot of rockfall hazard, so be careful, otherwise great.

Comment: 1st anchor is webbing around a BFR, 2nd anchor rock cairn. The walls are extremely crumbly, so take care knocking rocks down. This short canyon is amazingly deep and narrow. Fun little trip for a quick spin from base camp.
