Comments: A great day with a great team running the 2nd descent of this canyon to complete the final few rappels in the canyon that we bypassed the first time around due to high water flow and a late day. Water was much more manageable and we were able to rappel multiple features that we bypassed the first time.

Comment: I don't recommend this one. Its a really long drive on a bad road. I didn't like the sloping rappels. The hanging anchor position is not good and makes it time consuming and overly complicated.

Comment: Followed the faint trail up to intersect the road and dropped in below R0. Some very enjoyable rappels and cool water features (ex: climbing down though the siphon and the Rooster Tail - a human-sized water spout). We took our time and had fun. We didn't see the anchor and accidentally downclimbed R3. Ooops. I wasn't fond of the anchor station at R4 -- it's awkward and management feels unnecessarily complicated. (Were I to run it again, I'd ponder finding a better anchor location higher up.) We were planning to replace the quick links on R4 with larger ones (i.e. turn it into an unlinked station), but the bolts are positioned for a Y-hang, so we ultimately decided to re-establish the webbing. The anchor is not subject to flood events and abrasion didn't seem to be an issue in its new position. Folks running the creek currently should *definitely* know how to rig retrievable safety lines and be comfortable managing a hanging rappel station.

Comment: Great day! Conditions looked just slighlty lower than the moderate water reference picture, which is a great flow for beginners.

R4 at the hanging belay is now unlinked - there was a Y-hang that used to be at R4, but we removed it since the webbing was rubbing pretty badly on the rock. Very important that next team in can manage the traverse and unlinked bolts properly. Next team in should definitely bring a wrench. The R4 nut and hanger on the right was loose (bolt still good) and only hand-tightened (we forgot a wrench), but the left bolt/hanger was solid. There are small, 5mm quicklinks from the Y-hang left on the hanger; it would be great if the next team could switch those out for larger 8mm quicklinks (sorry, we couldn't loosen it without a wrench).

We could not find R7, assumed tree root may have slipped down due to erosion. But the webbing that was added on 7/17/2021 was fine. Please note, going that route is tiered, so be sure to continue down to the second tier as that second tier is not bolted.

Comment: Another great canyon. Hike up could be flagged but able to follow track from Jakes trip. Steep hike up, but quick to put in. R4 access and transfer over to the rappel is not easy. Very slipper and errors will hurt you. I sat on station for all 6 folks, making sure transfer went well. My hand saw fell off my belt near R2, if you find one at lower levels. We were able to combine this with Bottleneck canyon
