Comments: This is now one of my favorite canyons in the gorge. The waterflow was very high but there were no swimmers and no hydraulics at the bottom of the drops. The last section is committing and cold but completely amazing with the tall walls, the turns in the canyon, and the high flow waterfalls. Rappels require comfort with rappelling to the side of raging waterfalls and directly in the flow. We rebuilt all the anchors but the deadman will likely need to be re-built on the 2nd to last rappel. The approach is steep but don't let that deter you from this amazing canyon! I'd strongly advise against going into this canyon if the waterflow is any higher.

Comment: We hiked up to the base of the falls and found that the water flow was about 2x more than the picture in canyoneeringnorthwest.com beta. Since the flow seemed strong and the canyon had a reputation for being slotty, we decided to run Mist Falls and Munra instead.

Comment: Bushwhack route makes two hours seem like four. Low snow-pack and unseasonably warm weather made this trip possible.
