Comments: First descent of Eightmile. Some nice falls, but the exit is kinda long. Fairly high pay-to-play. Would be good to go earlier for better flow. Maybe April-May timeframe. This one may be a good early season creek.

Comment: Nice flow today, but we should have skipped the lower three falls. The creek walk to the lower sequence followed by the long creek walk out to Panther Creek is not worth it. It would be best to leave the creek via the exit after rap 2.

Comment: Some interesting rock formations and waterfalls along with a stellar jump point into a pool were high points. Very low water levels despite recent rains. Lot of creek walking through debris. Not worth it in lower flow.
