Comments: Walked along the paved PCT at first and then cut over to the gully. The climb up the gully, while steep, wasn't too bad. After that, most vegetation had been burned out and the traverse to the drop-in wasn't that brushy. Total approach time 3:15.
Downclimbed the first two-step falls in the extension section, then bypassed a few more falls on the way to the main section. Pretty cold water, but didn't have to get truly wet (yet). Extension took 0:30.
Downclimbed the first rappel in the main section, then Fiddlesticked the 180' main event. High flow, probably class C, and not really possible to avoid getting pounded about halfway down. Next rappel was short, then did a few more downclimbs. Both of these two rappels had existing good anchors. Main section descent took 1:45. "Easy exit" was decent, taking 0:40. Remaining exit traverse and going down the gully were a breeze, taking 2:30.

Comment: First descent. Long trip. Regretting two things:
a) we did not do the extension b) came back down the mountaineering route (horrible)
