Comment: A few sections of jaw dropping sculpting and narrows with a ton of wash walking in between. We dropped in early at the very head of the canyon for extra slot. All water was avoidable with stemming. A lot of the narrows are fairly wide and easy walking. The slots are fairly spread out, definitely more of a hike than canyon descent. Slots are short and spread out between with long segments of wash hiking.. Rappel at the end was decent. Did expect a bit more from the canyon with all the hype it has. Overall, worth while.

Comment: Gorgeous canyon, more of a hike than a technical canyon. The last narrows section is stunningly beautiful, and the technical section is short but entertaining. The exit feels long but isn't that bad on the whole. A shuttle would make things faster for sure.

Comment: Good fun! We enjoyed a quick lap through high spur after nw fork of big spring. High spur was completely dry today. All anchors in good shape. For the exit climb, right side stays at 4th class. We tagged a line and meat anchored above for our less confident climber to ascend.

Comment: First time running through High Spur, one of the most beautiful narrows I have been in. Canyon was completely dry, anchor is in good shape. Someone obviously didn't trust some of the webbing and a rainbow anchor is starting to form.
