Comments: Dropped in at R4, off of the old forest road. Honestly, I may stick to this entrance in the future, it's far more pleasant than the full approach/ devil's club filled drop-in. Anchors in good condition, pulse holes unfilled with debris - though typical hanging Rings would make the pulls significantly better.

R6 pull is a pain, even with attention paid to the angles. Lots of rock pinches for the rope to get trapped in. - Suggestion for future groups to use the current bolt as a traverse line / rebelay to a (you have to install) webbing-slung-log with an extended link for an easier pull.

New final rap bolt is a significant improvement over the former location from an erosion standpoint, but is still a largely dry rap in low flow.

Comment: Fun day in mod flow. Started at R4 due to time constraints. Added webbing to a tree between R9 and R10, looked like groups had previously used it and worn some bark off.

Comment: Great day with pretty low flow. Couldn’t find some bolts. If you want a backup, bring a Petzl Pulse. There aren’t any backup bolts placed yet. R13 has an “interesting” bolt placement. All existing bolts have the Tebylon Ring. So check those out before you go. Fun day with some route finding and lots of bushwhacking.

Comment: First full descent. Flows were lower than the first partial descent a month earlier, but we were surprised how spicy they still were. This canyon will not likely not dry up as quickly as we first thought. River gauge was reporting 55-65cfs.

Great day out with great people. Completed the canyon, bolting all noteworthy drops. Amazingly fun rappels in the flow. Confirmed a ~15ft jump into the deep pool beneath "mini-davis".

Comment: First partial decent. Was surprised flows were still high a month after initially scouting it. Bypassed a number of feature due to flow, and pre-bolted some drops for next time. Exited after triple drops. CFS on the gage was ~95 CFS. Great day with sunshine in the canyon for most of the day.
