Comments: Even in October there is still water. Water was chilly & in the shade/shadows most of the time. Used a rain shell to reduce wind chill & would have been nicer to use neoprene booties. Most of the rocks were smooth, wet & slippery.

Comment: Little falls is in perfect form right now. Gushing from top to bottom, but manageably so. Additional raps are required compared to low flow or no flow, some have webbing some we simply slung logjams with the rope and double stranded. Get it while the getting is good!

Comment: Winter/snow run of little falls. No options for "deep snow drifts and ice sheets" in the water dropdown menu, but that's what we had. Super fun experience tromping through the snow!

Comment: A fun day with perfect temps and enough flow to get our feet wet on rappel. we did 6 rappels to a max of 75'. with the slippery logs and rocks, I doubt most would have been comfortable downclimbing any of the drops we rapped except, perhaps, the last one. anchors looked good, though R2 & 3 were off single rap rings through bolted hangers and "backed up" with a piece of cord tied on to an exposed bolt shank (nuts and hangers removed). seemed pretty silly to me and the single bolts were both solid. there is a ridiculous bolt garden 15 feet off the bottom of the big rap (RDC) with a big length of webbing that should be removed. would have been awkward to reach when rapping off the top anchor. you'd have to set up an anchor at the middle station (hanging pothole with an old bolt, not sure if it's trustworthy) to get far enough RDC to reach it while on rope. a good climber could probably get up to it.

Comment: The chopped bolts in the canyon are a disappointment. It is a beautiful fun canyon, and could use some TLC. Someone would be doing a nice service to properly clean up and patch those anchors. The remaining bolts are great and well done. There is some grafitti at the exit.

Comment: 4/3 full wetsuits worn- only splashing and never fully submerged

-Heavy dead wood in canyon lots of debris and natural anchor options -heavy bolting and continued "bolt wars" from the looks of it. -Significant log jabs present snag, slips and pinch issues for both harness, feet and rope take care -trail was open it was perfect weather. small 10' wide by 3' high snow drive at top pf last rap.
