Comments: The approach took a lot longer than expected. The road is very washed out and over grown, we ended up hiking up from the main road. 1hr, 1.6KM, 217M elevation.

Comment: The first descent took 7 hours, including route finding challenges and building all of the anchors, so future parties will likely descend the canyon faster. We were delighted to find a number of beautiful waterfalls. The highlight was definitely the 50m vertical waterfall with a rappel line straight through the flow. Flow in early July, during a season with unusually heavy snowpack and a cool and rainy spring, was moderate. I would guess that early to mid June in a normal season would be the perfect time to run this canyon.
