Comments: Went back to recover a rope stuck in the cut... didn't get much of it back. Did the whole canyon down to the road below (left shuttle vehicle). The beta misses the good sections. This canyon is probably the best fun for the effort in the area: 2 min approach, 4 min exit, a really fun pothole slot section with really pushy water and a couple jumps and short low-angle slides later in the canyon, broken up by creek sections which are level and mostly open, also completely lacking in poison oak (seriously, didn't see ANY) and the blackberries were ripe.

Comment: 4:10 top to bottom (doing shuttle) and taking a fair amount of pictures in a couple of places.

Note that the top section (i.e the dangerous part) is basically not worth doing. R1 is almost entirely out of the flow. There is a pretty real possibility of sliding (pendulum) into the falls getting to the redirect on R2. Then you still get a decent amount of water even at lower flows. Not exactly fun (and this is coming from someone that DOES go in the flow). Immediately after R3 is a fairly easy DC in the crack left. Normal exit goes out left here before the pointless R4.

Halfway down the canyon is the actual R3 off a dead tree right into a short 100'long nice section of shallow cascading potholes in a narrows. Lots of walking to 2 final sections at the end. Just after are some nice potholes and a potential jump. The 2nd to last narrows we mostly bypassed due to lack of easy anchor options for a just ok rap (I did jump about 25' to the midway pool).

Last narrows just above the camping area was actually pretty nice. One short rap about 50' from an anchor above (tree lower is dead and not to be trusted). Be prepared to do a fairly sketch 8' chimney DC in the flow or partner assist bypassing (also a bit sketch). And also one moderarely easy low angle stem over the channel move.
