Comments: We had a fun day exploring Teixeira. It's a laid-back canyon with some fun rappels and jumps. Watch out for the spiky, thorny plants on the approach hike and in the canyon. The swimming area at the end was really fun, and we jumped there several times. With a car shuttle, it was an easy approach and exit, but it could also be done without a shuttle.
