Comment: Great day in the squeeze, way lower water conditions than I had seen it previously or expected given recent rain. Crux keeper has a green webbing traverse line over it. Advise caution on using it as it looks old and the bolts across that pothole look even worse. Despite the overall low water conditions wetsuits were nice in the pothole stretch.

Comment: Wonderful canyon! We approached from Factory Butte side. Several potholes were waist to chest deep. The KPH was challenging due to a ramp on the far side that reduced the effectiveness of potshots. Nonetheless, 4 potshots and a partner assist / pyramid surmounted it. Other potholes were easily bested with pack tosses and / or partner assists. We found a sandtrap useful to dodge a suspect bolt. Muddy Creek was flowing quite high. Gauge 160 cfs or so. It was pushy in places. We were all happy in 4/3 or so wetsuits, air temps in mid 80s. Long day - about 15 hours, although time was lengthened by 1) avoiding the creek on the approach and 2) sticking a rope and retrieving it.

Comment: Fantastic trip through the squeeze. Several potholes where half full making for challenging exits. Several short rappels would require the use of sand traps. Alternate anchor building material was not available. Bolts were present for the last several rappels.

Comment: Stunning canyon. RTR's petroglyph approach was a broiler in the sun, start early! Uncomplicated pothole escapes, with the crux requiring a pack toss. I was happy to have a thin wetsuit as a couple potholes were particularly cold.
