Comments: Solid A4 conditions. P7 is no longer jumpable - some very large logs have been washed down and now sit at the bottom. The logs create a significant hazard if someone blindly follows the water or slips and gets washed down. The logs also create lots of opportunity for rope to get stuck. Highly recommended that this drop is split into two with a new anchor half way on the river right.
266 ML/d on Orara River at Orange Grove river gauge.

Comment: Orara gauge at 330 ml/day.
Last person can pull down rope on R7 after crossing flow and standing at CR at top of log (3-4 m above pool) to minimise rope jam risk. Rope can be coiled in eddy CR in bottom pool. May be difficult to cross pool from eddy at CR at higher flow.

Comment: All bolts in good condition & safe locations. Lots of log jams & extremely slippery rocks make very slow moving. Opted for car shuffling with easy access using an AWD Suberu XV.
