Comments: Time is for woody+pothole fork. A few deep pools, one had a strong manure smell going on. Plenty of sand for all the sand trap anchor spots. A fun but hot day.

Comment: Woody canyon was fun for the potholes, but since there’s a lot of cows in the region the potholes are filled with cow poop. One of the most disgusting smells and feelings I’ve had was having to jump into a keeper and get cow poop filled water over my head. Absolutely reeked the rest of the day. Cool little canyon, would be good to practice potshots and sandtraps sans cow poop water. If you do this canyon be prepared with a portable shower. My car still smells like it.
No wetsuit needed if you decide to brave the poop fest.

Comment: Completely dry except for knee-deep final pothole. Dropped in just after the first series of potholes, so we upclimbed for fun. Easy sandtrap placement for anchors. Used potshots for final pothole just to practice the throw -- all holes escapable with partner assist. Great half-day canyon.
