Comments: This is a brilliant canyon, very pretty, heaps of fun, a little spicy but not technical. All in all a very satisfying outing

Comment: Quick trip down the canyon after 115mm of rain in the Fern St gauge in the 24 hours to 9am that day. While water was flowing relatively strongly, including down each of the gullys in the approach track, there were no aquatic hazards encountered.
Reference photos showing water levels are below - white water can be seen flowing on the gully on private property through the gate at the end of Carey road. Note do not enter the private property. The second photo is looking back upstream at P1 anchor. | |||||||
