Comments: Webbing stands good, poor knots retied.
Time reflects combo with Big Dude.
Cool canyon but other options for the area could be better, though I did like being able to see both alcoves and this route provides a great way to do that. Again, Big dude is slightly better and Hawk possibly moreso.

Comment: Time reflects bouncing Reflection, then going back up to R2 and running Big Dude, going on an adventure to scout an alternate approach for Reflection, plus quite a few breaks to lounge in the sun.
Reflections had several nice overhung rappels, although all of them were short. A couple that could easily be downclimbed. Beautiful views all around and good friends made for a great day! If anyone finds a pair of sunglasses please reach out. I suspect they're in Reflection somewhere. Only realized I lost them after pulling the rope after the rappel into Big Dude.

Comment: Reflection canyon gives a person the understanding of why the Sinagua and the inhabitants as early as 8000 b.c chose this area. This route is awesome for the soloist. The canyon's beauty is incredible. It is a must for explorers of the
Hartwell canyon area. All webbing is in good shape. Managed to traverse over to get a view of Big Dude Canyon after the second rappel in Reflection. Trip report video at: https://vimeo.com/654152519

Comment: Cleaned out some brush both along the gulley approach and in the canyon itself. Webbing is basically brand new throughout.
The debris between R4 and the main wash isn't too bad, just one area with some downed trees that you'll have to navigate around. Be mindful of private property near the mouth of Hartwell. Solid canyon with a couple fun overhangs.

Comment: Parked at Hartwell, walked 10 Mins down the road to the approach gully. started at 2nd pull off on the rt after hartwell rd. To avoid rockslide at the top of the approach gully we cut right and traversed around I to hartwell staying high left. We then cut across past contigo, hawk, and big dude contouring on the shelves. This seemed like the straightforward approach to avoid heinous bushwhacking.
We ended up doing 3 rappels, which were all pretty good. r2 could easily be bypassed by downclimbing RDC. After r3 we geared down and exited left of the fishbowl.
